ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

  • Complete application form
  • Pay $500 non-refundable new student application & assessment fee (per child)
  • Pay the appropriate deposit amount. Due February 24, 2023 (non-refundable, Applied towards tuition)
  • Academic Records (Please give your child's current school the transcript request form)
  • Copy of most recent report card (where applicable)
  • Copy of standardized test results (where applicable)

Upon acceptance, you will:

  • Receive an acceptance letter and enrollment contract
  • Return your signed enrollment contract
  • Submit student immunization & Well child forms
  • Provide the school with copy of students birth certificate
