After School Program

We are excited to offer our families an After School Care Program run by JAO staff that will be separate from our individual after school classes, i.e choir, theater, art, iLab, etc.

The following terms and conditions will apply:

Payment Guidelines and Restrictions:

Sign-up and term periods will be:
- 1st Term: August 15 thru November 3, 2023 ($660)
- 2nd Term: November 6 thru February 9, 2024 ($660)
- 3rd Term: February 12 thru May 23, 2024 ($770)
You can set up prepayment via website form or elect to make monthly payments via ACH with tuition.
Term prices based upon $55 Flat weekly fee regardless of attendance, single holiday closure or extra hours used for early dismissal days.
Payment is still required even if you do not attend for an entire week, for any reason. No refunds or daily drop-in rates or proration. Exception: The following weeks there will be no charge: Winter Break (12/21/23 thru 1/5/24) and Passover Break (4/22/24 thru 4/30/24).
Flat rate per child, no discounts for multiple children.
Children can be enrolled in the after school program and an after school class, however, No reduction in rate for children enrolled in both.
Late pickup fee - $1/Min after 5:35 (Allows for a five minute grace period)

Sample Daily Schedule (Monday - Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm):

Snack break (Students bring their own snacks) & restroom break
Reading/homework/enrichment time
Guided activity time
Outside play time and/or indoor physical activity
Extra Enrichment on select Fridays

** Children enrolled in after school classes will be brought to the after school program at 4:30

Parent Pickup:

Inside JAO @ door (There will be no curbside pick-up)

Disciplinary Policy:

In an effort to make the after school program a safe, fun and joyful experience for both children and staff
it is imperative that children follow our behavior guidelines as stated in our (Parent/Student Handbook)
We reserve the right to remove any child from our after school program if these guidelines are not adhered to.
