2. Tuition Assistance Application:

If you are considering applying for tuition assistance, we encourage you to express your interest within the application. Your financial well-being is a priority for us, and we are dedicated to providing support throughout this process. Theresa Evans, our Executive Director, will personally reach out to you to facilitate a discussion on how we can best assist you in achieving your educational goals. Submission Requirements:

To ensure a comprehensive application process, all applicants are required to submit the following documents:

Complete Application Form: Please fill out the application form in its entirety.

Application & Assessment Fee: A non-refundable fee of $500 per child is required to process new student applications. This fee covers the assessment process. (Early Enrollment is open until January 1st, 2024 at the fee of $400)

Deposit: Submit the appropriate deposit by January 29th, 2024. This non-refundable deposit is applied towards the overall tuition.

Academic Records: Provide the transcript request form to your child's current school to facilitate the submission of academic records.

Recent Report Card: Include a copy of your child's most recent report card, where applicable.

Standardized Test Results: Include a copy of any applicable standardized test results.

Next Steps in the Application Process:

  1. New Student Assessment: We will be in touch to schedule a new student assessment to better understand your child's unique learning style and needs.

  2. Application Review and Acceptance Determination: After the assessment, we will thoroughly review the results and promptly notify you of the acceptance status.

Upon acceptance, you will be required to:

  • Receive Acceptance Letter and Enrollment Contract: An acceptance letter and the enrollment contract will be sent to you detailing the terms and conditions of enrollment.

  • Return Signed Enrollment Contract: Please review the enrollment contract carefully, sign it, and return the signed document to secure your child's place.

  • Submit Student Immunization & Well Child Forms: Ensure all required health forms, including immunization records and well-child forms, are submitted as part of the enrollment process.

  • Provide a Copy of Student's Birth Certificate: Submit a copy of your child's birth certificate to complete the enrollment documentation.
