Generation Celebration
At Jewish Academy of Orlando, we are true believers of FAMILY. Our yearly tradition of treating our grandparents as VIP’s to share the morning with their grandkids. The program typically begins with a delicious breakfast, followed by a broadcast of the WJAO daily news. The students and their grandparents or special friends then participate in various activities throughout the school, including time in their homeroom, Innovation Lab, library, art room, photo booth and Judaic Studies classes. The program concludes with a special Shabbat assembly featuring songs by the students, video and more!
Our grandparents are our VIP's at each year's Generation Celebration event at Jewish Academy of Orlando. Our students, families, and special friends look forward to Generation Celebration each year.
